All of our Linux hosting plans are run on Apache server and support both Perl and
PHP (PHP 4 by default, PHP 5 on request). Access to statistics, email setup, ftp and a myriad of other
features is provided via cPanel version 10.
Our Linux servers feature Dual Intel Xeon 3.0GHz processors, ECC DDR Ram and Hot-Swappable Hard Disk Drives
in Raid 1 configuration. (Raid 1 means all data is written to both drives, so that if one fails - the
server can continue to function by reading data from the remaining drive. "Hot Swappable" means that a
failed drive can be replaced without powering down the server.)

Bandwidth Limit Policy
In the extremely unlikely event that you exceed your monthly transfer limit we will
examine the situation and take the appropriate action, which may include one of the
following -
1. If the excess amount is small and does not occur frequently we may simply overlook
the matter.
2. If the excess amount is considerable and/or is occurring on a regular basis we may
either recommend that you upgrade to a higher plan or charge you for the additional
bandwidth at $4.40 per Gb.
We will NEVER take your site offline merely because your bandwidth limit has been
exceeded.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
